We are a Certified Microsoft Partner which means we have the experience and technical expertise to support virtually any business that runs Microsoft Windows Server software and/or Microsoft Windows Desktop software.

Our various areas of expertise also include Spam filtering, Anti-Virus solutions, Firewall protection, and general security testing of your network from inside as well as outside your network.

Our support structure allows us to provide technicians at various levels of expertise. This saves the customer money by only having to pay for the level of service needed. When you call our office you will be able to talk immediately with a support person about your technical needs – this helps to decide if a service call is really warranted and what level of service is really needed.

Our management has many years of experience in small and mid-size business ownership. Through experience we provide the overall understanding and knowledge of business operations and how it ties in with IT requirements. We will always do what is best for our customer.

 

Computer Service

We at Eagle thoroughly understand small to mid-size business operations. We also can easily work around budget constraints with proper planning and communication.

Service can be only a phone call or a click away. All hardware is either serviced by our staff or by the manufacturer, but either way, we will take care of it for you. In other words, the buck stops on our desk when you are our customer.

Our hourly service rates are extremely competitive but many of our customers will save money by contracting with Eagle on a monthly or annual basis for our service and support.

  • Microsoft and Novell certified technicians who are constantly being trained and updated on new products and hardware components
  • As a customer you are assigned two technicians to your account. You will always have a technician who is familiar with your system.
