We are a Certified Microsoft Partner which means we have the experience and technical expertise to support virtually any business that runs Microsoft Windows Server software and/or Microsoft Windows Desktop software.

Our various areas of expertise also include Spam filtering, Anti-Virus solutions, Firewall protection, and general security testing of your network from inside as well as outside your network.

Our support structure allows us to provide technicians at various levels of expertise. This saves the customer money by only having to pay for the level of service needed. When you call our office you will be able to talk immediately with a support person about your technical needs – this helps to decide if a service call is really warranted and what level of service is really needed.

Our management has many years of experience in small and mid-size business ownership. Through experience we provide the overall understanding and knowledge of business operations and how it ties in with IT requirements. We will always do what is best for our customer.

Computer Sales

To complete the network services we provide we also offer complete computer sales and support.

We have heard many stories about customers who were short-changed by companies that provide only computers and do not have networking experience and capabilities, or, companies that specialize in network support but do not have a solid solution for computer hardware needs.

We are able to offer two great solutions. First, we offer our own computers that are custom built for us by a partner company in Chicago. This is a great solution to customers that have specific hardware requirements for their computers as we can specify each individual component that goes into these computers. They are competitively priced.

Secondly, we belong to a select partner group with Dell Computers. These computers can be more cost effective but offer fewer options when requesting specific components. Dell offers a great option for customers who prefer a national brand computer but still want competitive pricing.

No matter what our customers needs are, both of these sources are terrific solutions.
