   What We Do

We are a Microsoft Certified Partner which means we have the experience and technical expertise to support virtually any business that runs Microsoft Windows Server software and/or Microsoft Windows Desktop software.

Our various areas of expertise also include Spam filtering, Anti-Virus solutions, Firewall protection, and general security testing of your network from inside as well as outside your network.

Our support structure allows us to provide technicians at various levels of expertise. This saves the customer money by only having to pay for the level of service needed. When you call our office you will be able to talk immediately with a support person about your technical needs – this helps to decide if a service call is really warranted and what level of service is really needed.

Our management and has many years of experience in small and mid-size business ownership. Through experience we provide the overall understanding and knowledge of business operations and how it ties in with IT requirements. We will always do what is best for our customer.

 
About Us

Eagle Computer Technology, Inc. was established in 1994 when we were known as Eagle Design and Technology, Inc. In 1998 we moved our offices to our current location in Holland, MI and our business name was changed to more accurately describe our expertise – Eagle Computer Technology, Inc.

Our staff has many years of computer hardware and computer networking experience. This includes hardware installation and repair, as well as computer network design, installation, and support. We support a broad range of businesses that use anywhere from just a couple computers to 50 user law firms and 450 user school systems.

In addition, we formerly owned EagleNet, the Internet Service Provider. This division was sold in 2002 to allow us to focus completely on the quality of service and performance of Eagle Computer Technology.

What We Do

Even though we provide support for some very large organizations, our typical customer is a small to mid-size business. For some businesses we are their IT staff – providing support as needed. For other businesses, we provide higher end support – generally for an existing IT person or staff that needs assistance for more detailed installations, updates or troubleshooting.
